FAQ : Why is my screen completely white when I try to connect?

Problem:

When you try to connect to the application, your screen remains completely white and no content is displayed.

Possible causes:

  • Blocking browser extensions: Some browser extensions may interfere with the application's operation.

  • Incompatible browser: The application is optimized for Google Chrome and may not work perfectly on other browsers.

  • Problems related to the mobile version: The application is not suitable for use on mobile devices.

Recommended solutions:

  • Try connecting in private browsing mode:

  • On Chrome: Click on the three dots at top right > “New private browsing window”.

  • Firefox: Click on the menu at top right > “New private window”.

Temporarily disable your extensions:

  • Access your browser extensions and disable those that could block the application (e.g. ad blockers or antivirus).

  • Use Google Chrome: If you're using another browser, try connecting via Google Chrome for the best experience.

  • Try from a computer: As the application is not mobile-friendly, we recommend connecting from a PC or Mac.
